Brand new system of selective collection of solid wastes was implemented in Lviv.
Supported by CF Vitalonga, Enterprise JV LLC "COM-ECO-Lviv" firstly introduced in a European system for collection of solid wastes. At this stage sampling of wastes is divided into: plastic wastes, glassware, household wastes. Separation from paper wastes is foreseen.
In addition, works on the construction of urban landfill are performed in Borislav.
CF Vitalonga together with "COM-ECO-Borislav 2010" embodies the project of constructing urban landfill factory, construction of a new and restoration of the old landfill.

Charitable Ecological Fund "Vitalonga" primarily is aimed at creating a friendly environment surrounding. Because any environment can not exist without its components, for a combination of natural objects and natural processes and social conditions; the fund is aimed at the protection of such objects as: natural resources, as involved in economic turnover, and not used in folk economy in this period (land, minerals, water, air, forests and other vegetation, fauna), landscapes and other natural systems.
Besides the important part of the funds activity is to agree the structure and volume of capital investments for environmental protection measures to the extent man-made impact on the environment, which significantly helps to solve environmental problems.
Also, the environmental charity fund "Vitalonga" offers solutions to the following areas:
• interaction with public authorities on the implementation of government programs for environmental safety and protection of the environment;
• representation of investors interests and assistance in implementing environmental initiatives;
• search and directory management capabilities to implement environmental projects;
• developing environmentally-oriented consciousness of society through the inclusion of environmental issues in the sphere of culture;
• harmonization of the environment.
To get a result in not only to fix a problem, you must work with public opinion. As society and people should become a guaranty of stability and environmental security.
